In the olden days, people used Jauja (drying barn) for drying linen products, and today ‘Jauja’ is the house of two creators who found love for linen.

In this house we value everything handmade and authentic that reflects a refined, true aesthetic. In our work we build on the traditions of our country, we look for inspiration in modern design, and in nature we have found a natural, time-tested sustainable material – linen.

We want to show that linen products can not only be practical, but also become an integral part of a stylish home. When working with linen, it is important for us not to overshadow its natural beauty, because it is a fabric that shines in its simplicity. Our linen creates a modest but timeless luxury.

Senovėje žmonės Jaujoje džiovindavo lininius gaminius, o šiandien Jauja – dviejų meilę linui radusių kūrėjų namai.

Čia mes vertiname tai, kas pagaminta rankomis, kas yra autentiška ir atspindi išgrynintą, tikrą estetiką. Kūryboje mes atsispiriame nuo mūsų krašto tradicijų, įkvėpimo ieškome šiuolaikiniame dizaine, o gamtoje radome natūralią, laiko išbandytą tvarią medžiagą – liną.

Mes norime parodyti, kad lino gaminiai gali būti ne tik praktiški, bet ir tapti stilingų namų neatsiejama dalimi. Dirbant su linu mums svarbu neužgožti natūralaus jo grožio, nes tai audinys, kuris spindi paprastumu. Mūsų linas kuria kuklią, tačiau laikui nepavaldžią prabangą.
